In today’s dynamic world, striving to reach our fullest potential can often feel challenging.
Imagine having a coach as a partner to help you find solutions to the changes you seek and the confidence to take action.
Definitions and understanding of what coaching is varies around the world but how the International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching resonates with me:
"a partnership where the coach encourages a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the coaching client to explore their goals, values, challenges and dreams so they achieve their personal and professional potential."
Backed by extensive research, coaching offers space to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most — in your work, relationships, and life. It’s a collaborative process that helps you deepen self-awareness, clarify direction, and take purposeful to help you facilitate positive change in many different areas.
Navigating life or career transitions
Reconnecting with purpose and motivation
Strengthening resilience and wellbeing
Building confidence and leadership presence
Adapting effectively in complex or uncertain contexts
I offer flexible coaching packages that meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or change, leadership development, team resilience and collaboration, or accountability, we’ll design a coaching plan that supports your journey.

If you’re exploring coaching or other support for your team or organization, visit Rippletree — my social enterprise that partners with purpose-driven organizations to foster growth and strengthen leadership, collaboration, and workplace culture.
I use a combination of growth-oriented and solutions-focused (SF) coaching approaches. SF coaching is a strengths-based, future-oriented approach that emphasizes finding solutions to challenges rather than dwelling in the past or the problems themselves. SF coaching can be applied to individuals, teams, and organizations for different purposes across a wide range of contexts. I partner with clients from all over the globe to discover solutions within themselves and take meaningful action for positive, lasting change.
My approach is rooted in a blend of my practical experiences as an educator, coach, and humanitarian & development professional and the new learning and insights gained through +200 coach-specific training hours and ICF's rigorous credentialing process.
I draw on my extensive work with adults as learners, informed by theories of adult development, learning, and behavior change. Additionally, I integrate relevant research, practice, and tools from neuroscience, positive psychology, and resilience to guide my practice.
My style is rooted in curiosity, active listening, empathy, connection and a deep desire to see you learn, grow and thrive. I use powerful, solution-focused questioning and reflection techniques and tools to help evoke awareness, facilitate growth, and inspire action.
I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for our time together. In our partnership, I commit to maintaining the values, ethics and standards of behavior established in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics as well proficiency in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies.
Through our sessions, we will partner together to gain clarity on your desired outcomes, uncover your strengths and values, overcome challenges and create a clear path towards achieving your goals.
In between sessions, I serve as your accountability partner and provide reflection exercises, tools and ongoing support as needed.
