What is it?

Accountability Coaching is a structured process designed to help individuals stay focused and committed to their goals. Through brief weekly check-ins accountability coaching ensures that clients take consistent action toward their objectives, overcome obstacles, and achieve desired outcomes.

Coaching Sessions:

A typical package includes 30-minute weekly zoom calls over 3 months to review goals each week, identify actions you would like to be accountable for, identify potential obstacles and how you might navigate them.
