Grounded in the evidence-based Resilience@Work framework, this coaching explores seven key domains of personal resilience, helping you identify strengths, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies to manage pressure, maintain energy, and adapt effectively.

This is not just about bouncing back—it’s about moving forward with intention, clarity, and sustainable strategies that align with your values and context.

8 x 90-minute sessions (bi-monthly over 4 months), including a personal R@W self-assessment, a debrief of your results, practical strategies grounded in your priorities, email support between sessions, and targeted exercises to deepen insight and action.
